Argento is a 14+-acre site, featuring 16 elegantly designed three-story apartment buildings nestled in the southern section of the Riverlights development, gracing the banks of the Cape Fear River. CWC is proudly providing a comprehensive, turnkey site transformation, including site enhancements (such as sidewalks, curbing, asphalt paving, sanitary sewer, storm, sewer, domestic and fire water, erosion control and substantial earthwork operations). Breaking ground in October of 2022, this project is scheduled for completion July 2024.
