CWC has begun the approximately 8-acre FedEx Ground Parking Lot Expansion project located across from the existing FedEx facility off N. Kerr Ave. The expansion of the parking lot is for FedEx trailers, vans, and tractor storage. The project includes a multi-phase Erosion Control plan, clearing, limited storm drainage, extensive grading plan, and a pavement surface of approximately 5 acres. The site will be enclosed by controlled access security fencing including a significant lighting package. This project is being fast-tracked by CWC for a proposed completion in September of 2022.
