Our civil division is actively engaged in the prestigious Cold Summit project for Primus, where we are dedicated to the construction of a cutting-edge Cold Storage facility. Our scope of work encompasses a range of critical activities, including the meticulous clearing and grubbing of a woodland area, executing a substantial 23-acre earthwork operation involving the transportation of 84,000 cubic yards of structural fill, precision installation of base course stone for TCP (thin concrete paving), the creation of three retention ponds, and the establishment of a robust storm drain system. Furthermore, our responsibilities extend to the installation of essential utilities, including sewer, water, and a fire suppression system. This collective effort will culminate in the realization of a remarkable 285,640 square foot cold storage warehouse, complemented by four additional offices for an all-encompassing, state-of-the-art facility.
