Trinity Landing is a 48-acre assisted living facility located on the Intracoastal Waterway in the Myrtle Grove area of New Hanover County. Civil Works Contracting is working with the W.M. Jordon Company performing the comprehensive sitework package for the project. CWC began clearing this project in the fall of 2019 and is providing the turn-key civil infrastructure, which includes all Erosion Control, Grading, Storm Drainage, Ponds, Fire and Domestic Water Systems, Gravity and Force Main Sewer Systems,  Concrete and Asphalt Parking Lots and Roadways.
