Our federal division has been working in South Carolina on the new design-build of the 500,000-gallon elevated tank for Lake Marion Regional Water Agency. The tank will measure 182' high with H - pile and a steel-reinforced concrete pedestal foundation. This new elevated water storage tank will supply water to the Winding Woods Commerce Park, a $100 million industrial site on U.S. Highway 78 near I-95 in Dorchester County, where an estimated 450 new jobs will be created. The project will serve current and future industries at Winding Woods Commerce Park, Woodland High School, Dorchester County Courthouse, and the greater St. George area.
